Hello, I’m Diana.
Nurture Yourself Yoga
I discovered yoga in my early 50s, at a time when I truly needed it, and the practice cared for me in ways I hadn’t expected.
The practice of Yoga at this time took care of me and assisted in those moments when all could have been so overwhelming
The wonderful benefits I received (not really knowing why) ignited curiosity to further my knowledge, and with encouragement from my wonderful teacher in Port Macquarie, led me to completing my Yoga Teacher Training.
I’ve been practising for more than 10 years and teaching for about 4 years. Yoga continues to be a constant companion
As your teacher, I’m here to warmly welcome people of every age, body shape and fitness level.
My intention is to gently guide you to explore your internal and external landscape, develop a deeper self-connection, learn to be kinder to yourself, and find your own place within your practice.
Together we will move gently, cultivate awareness, balance, posture, presence, and the graceful confidence that comes with advancing in years.
I’m passionate about anatomy, physiology, and the science that supports what we feel on the mat—so my classes blend heartfelt teaching with an informed, curious approach.
Yoga and the study of anatomy and physiology are closely connected—understanding the body’s structure and function helps make practice safer, more effective, and more therapeutic.
Yoga gives me the chance to connect, learn, and celebrate gratitude and self-awareness alongside others.
It’s never too late to begin or return to yoga. The mind and health benefits are endless—I would love to support you on your journey.
