Here at Stillpoint Jindabyne, our experienced Practitioners & Teachers take a safety-first approach to your wellbeing.

We believe that meaningful healing, growth and lasting change begin with feeling safe. We have thoughtfully curated a community of experienced Practitioners and Teachers who share a commitment to working with integrity, compassion and respect. Whether you are attending a yoga class, meditation, counselling session, workshop or holistic therapy, our intention is to provide a calm, welcoming and professionally held environment where you feel comfortable, supported and at ease.

We believe that you are the expert in your own life. Rather than telling you what you should do, our role is to listen deeply, walk alongside you and help you reconnect with your own inner teacher—the quiet wisdom within that can guide you towards greater clarity, resilience and wellbeing. Our hope is that every person who walks through our doors leaves feeling more connected to themselves and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
