Mary is a Spiritual Counsellor and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner who offers a calm, compassionate and deeply grounded approach to emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Integrating Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist psychology, applied shamanic healing and mindfulness, she supports people through anxiety, grief, life transitions and recurring patterns that no longer serve them.
