Hello, I’m Jules.

Classical Breath-Centred Yoga

My teaching approach is welcoming, calm and supportive, with the belief that yoga should adapt to the individual—not the other way around. At the heart of my teaching is the cultivation of awareness and I offer options and modifications throughout each practice. This allows people of all levels to explore yoga at their own pace and in a way that feels right for them. In classes I offer a mix of asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.

My own lived experience with anxiety and bipolar disorder has shown me the profound benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat. It is a privilege to share these practices and to support others in finding greater awareness, steadiness, and ease in their own lives.

With 10 years of teaching experience, I look forward to welcoming you to class.
